THE PENDULUM SWINGS……

back and forth, back and forth. Throw the Republicans out, bring the Democrats in. Throw the Democrats out, bring the Republicans in. Less than two years ago, a very unpopular President Bush was deemed the cause for the sour mood of the country and the mistrust of the Republicans by the voters.

The election of President Obama, along with solid majorities in both the House and the Senate, was supposed to usher in a new era of “hope” and “change”. A little over a year after being inaugurated, Mr. Obama’s job approval ratings have plummeted, and a senate seat once held for nearly half a century by arguably the most famous liberal Democrat in U.S. history has swung over to the Republicans. Several prominent Democratic lawmakers (Dodd, Bayh) have announced their retirement, and all indications are the pendulum will be swinging back to the Republican side this fall.

The pendulum is broken. Both major parties are responsible for the bankrupting of our country and the erosion of our civil liberties. There is no difference between the two. Stop the pendulum. Think Libertarian. Vote Libertarian. Be Libertarian.
